STANDARD AND EXPEDITED
ALL ORDERS in the CONTINENTAL USA get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $50.
We ship items almost every day! The exception being Sunday's and holidays. We use USPS for most shipments, orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Delivery to your doorstep usually takes 2-3 days.
Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day. Expedited orders have a $20 flat rate charge and are delivered in 1-2 business days.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as possible.
Need it faster? We are happy to accommodate Next Day or Second Day Air requests via UPS. Just give us a call at (806)741-1870 and ask for Anne!
We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. All sales are final on international orders.
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day. We offer a $35 flat rate.
Expedited International orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day. We offer a $55 flat rate.
Return Policy and Form
We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below and use our return form to proceed with a return. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. We sell out of items quickly therefore, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by TC Elli’s within 20 days of the original purchase date. All discounted and/or sale items are a final sale.

In order for your items to be eligible for return they must meet the following requirements:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Items must be received by TC Elli’s no later than 20 days from the original purchase date on your receipt. During the holidays, from Black Friday through Christmas, we will accept items until January 15th.
If you do not meet both of the above criteria, please do not return your purchase.
