STANDARD AND EXPEDITED

ALL ORDERS in the CONTINENTAL USA get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend $100 or more.

We ship items almost every day! The exception being Saturday's, Sunday's and holidays. We use USPS for most shipments, orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Delivery to your doorstep usually takes 2-3 days.

Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day. Expedited orders have a $28 flat rate charge and are delivered in 1-2 business days.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as possible.

Need it faster? We are happy to accommodate Next Day or Second Day Air requests via UPS. Just give us a call at (806)741-1870 and ask for Anne! 

CURB SIDE PICK-UP

(Mon-Sat 10am-6pm & Sun 1pm-5pm)

Since our items sell so quickly we offer an easy way for our local customers to purchase items and get them within 30 minutes of placing your order. Just select "In Store Pickup" as your shipping method during checkout and we will have your item ready for you ASAP. Please call us at 806-741-1870 upon arriving at TC Elli's. We will bring your items to you at your car, during this pandemic we are required to place your items in your backseat or trunk.

DELIVERY

(Monday-Friday, 4pm-5pm)

We offer free delivery to Lubbock and surrounding areas (to the following zip codes: 79423, 79407, 79401, 79424, 79410, 79409, 79413, 79406, 79407, 79412, 79416, 79411). When you place your order simply select "Delivery". If your order is placed before 2pm, we will deliver your items to your doorstep by 5pm the same day. Our team will ring your doorbell, if there is no answer we will call you on the phone number provided on your order to ask where you would like us to leave your order. Please leave us a note on your order if you would like your items earlier or if you have special instructions for delivery.  

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. All sales are final on international orders.

Standard International

Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day. We offer a $35 flat rate.

Expedited International

Expedited International orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day. We offer a $55 flat rate.
